Funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF#2030638), PRISM Scholars receive up to $5,000 per semester, based on financial need. Scholars also become part of the STEM community at Augsburg, with opportunities for summer research, faculty mentoring, and career development.

- Be admitted as a transfer student and begin coursework at Augsburg in Fall 2025
- Enrolled at least half-time in a STEM major (Biology, Biopsychology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Physics)
- Within 5 semesters of graduating with a STEM degree by of Spring 2025 (graduating by May 2027).
- Major GPA of 2.75 or higher
- U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or admitted refugee
- Demonstrated financial need (Pell or MN State grant eligible, or equivalent)

The PRISM Scholarship Program is funded through August 2026. Scholarships for Fall 2026 and beyond depend on continued funding.
