As a National Board Certified Teacher, she has exemplified her commitment to excellence in education. With a strong passion for chemistry, Shaina has spent a decade teaching AP Chemistry, earning recognition as an AP Chemistry Reader for five consecutive years.
Beyond her classroom impact, Shaina has been an influential figure in the educational community. For five years, she served as a Chemistry Consultant, sharing her expertise and knowledge with fellow educators to enhance their teaching methods and curriculum development. She also took up the role of Equity Trainer within her school district, advocating for inclusive and equitable educational practices to create a nurturing and supportive environment for all students.
